*Some insurances require manual submission by the patient for reimbursement (i.e., UPMC and Highmark commercial plans via Express Scripts) - we will provide you everything we can to allow you to get reimbursed!
Please be aware: Commercial plans (i.e., not Part D, 65+, Part B, or Part C Advantage Plans) for Highmark and UPMC patients may require cash pay in the pharmacy. Check your insurance card for BIN # 610014 and BIN # 003858 as they may require patient-led reimbursement.

Who Should Get the Flu Vaccine?
Answer: Everyone 6 months and older!
